Do you sometimes feel like you just can’t stop eating — especially when you’re stressed, bored, or emotional? Do you find yourself mindlessly snacking, eating without feeling hungry, or losing control around food? Are you looking for a way to improve your eating habits, feel more in control of your food choices, and build a healthier lifestyle?
This free group-based Mindfulness intervention research study might be for you. We are a research team from Radboud University, and we are currently recruiting participants for our study.
